We develop electronic solutions in the field of performance enhancement, optimization and functional expansion of engine management and CAN bus systems.
We develop the hardware for our products in compliance with EMC on state-of-the-art CAD systems. Powerful 8-, 16- and 32-bit microcontrollers are used. Our focus is on the modification of engine management and CAN bus systems.
Our portfolio of modular assemblies drastically shortens time-to-market, especially for small projects. Thus, functions can be added to existing assemblies simply by developing an expansion board.
Depending on the requirements, we develop the firmware for our microcontroller circuits with various compilers that generate highly structured and modular program code. Time-critical functions and procedures are programmed directly in assembly language.
For parametrization of our devices, we develop native desktop applications for Windows 7, 8 and 10 - on request also in customer-specific design. Depending on the device, the data is transferred to the microcontroller via the USB or CAN interface.
We design individual enclosures for our assemblies, production tools and other functional components using state-of-the-art CAD software. The designs are then produced in the shortest possible time using the additive 3D printing process.
In this way, we realise a customised look for our products and optimise our manufacturing effort. Here in the picture the potting shell for our PlugIn adapters with its matching potting device.
From our cloud database solutions, we export customized files for import into online shop and ERP systems. In this way, our customers keep their offer up-to-date with minimal effort.
